We do everything we can to inform you about the articles via our website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can be returned or exchanged (within 14 days). The items that are returned must be delivered undamaged and in the original packaging, with a return form.

Would you like to return an item and no longer order a new item? Send the items to us at your own expense together with the return form. You will then receive the purchase amount back within 14 days in the way you paid. Returning discounted items
For returning items with a fixed discount, the same rules apply as above. Different rules apply during the stack discount. When you return an item during the stack discount, the discount is recalculated over the total number of items after return. You will receive the difference on your account (when returning at your own expense) or with a gift voucher (when returning at the expense of Charlie Choe). If you then want to order an item in a different size, you can do this via the webshop. The discount then depends on the number of items re-ordered (so the number of items previously ordered is not taken into account.)
I bought my item before the sale. Do I still get the discount?
We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now discounted and not when you bought something. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about this afterwards and do not offer retroactive discounts on pre-sale orders. In any case, you are now assured of your desired item. If you wait, you run the risk that an item will sell out or if you are out of stock.
The discount percentage has increased, now what?
Unfortunately, we can not do anything about this and do not grant additional discounts retroactively on orders that have already been placed during the sale. We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now even more discounted than when you bought the item. But at least you are now assured of your desired item and have bought it with a discount. If you wait, you run the risk of an item selling out or your size being out of stock.
