What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs for the Netherlands are € 4,95 per order and free from € 60,-.
The standard shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 5,95 per order and free from € 60,-.
Shipping to other countries is only possible on special request. The shipping costs will be calculated in advance by us and communicated to you as a customer.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped using the DHL parcel service. If you place an order on working days before 13.00, then the parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day!
What is the delivery time on my order?
We aim to ship all orders placed on a working day before 13.00 on the same day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have received your payment and once your order is shipped. Orders made around the holidays and/or during the weekends can have a longer delivery time. All the items that we sell online are in supply and available in our warehouse at the time that the products are placed online. However, it can happen that multiple customers place an order during the same period of time. That is why it can sporadically happen that a product is still sold out.
Do I receive updates on the progress of my order?
We will send you a number of e-mails about th status of the progress of your order. After you have placed your order, we will give you an order confirmation by e-mail. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail of this as well.
We do everything we can to inform you about the articles on our website. Should an article nevertheless not meet your expectations, it can be returned (within 14 days).
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.
We would appreciate it if the item is returned in its original packaging. Please see below the two different ways to return.
You are only liable for the decrease in value of the items resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or would you prefer to order another item?
Then choose this method. You return your products, together with the return form, for free and receive a gift voucher (discount code) from us that you can use in our webshop. Would you like to return an item and no longer order a new item?
You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Since we need to know who the return is from, the invoice will need to be printed and attached.
Within 14 days of receiving the goods from us, you will receive a refund of the purchase price in the same manner in which you paid for the goods.

Returning discounted items
With respect to returning items with a fixed discount, the same rules apply as above. Different rules apply for stack discount.In case you return an item during the stack discount, the discount is recalculated over the total number of items after return.
In such case will receive the value delta on your account (when returning at your own expense) or by means of a voucher (when returning at the expense of Charlie Choe).
In case you want to order an item in a different size, you can do so via the web shop. In that case the discount depends on the number of items ordered again (so the number of items previously ordered is not considered).
I did purchase my item before the sale. Do I still get the discount?
We understand that it is annoying that certain items are now having a discount, which was not the case the time you purchased your product.
Unfortunately, we are not able to correct this afterwards and therefor are not able to offer retroactive discounts on pre-sale orders.
In any case, you are now assured of your desired item as it might well be that you run the risk of an item sold out or not in stock in your desired size.
The discount percentage has increased, now what?
Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about this and do not grant extra discounts (with retroactive effect) on orders that have already been placed during the sale. But at least you are now assured of your desired item and have purchased it with a discount. If you wait, you run the risk of an item selling out or that your size is being out of stock.
